Chris Hotton
Chris Hotton lives in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, close to the River Thames.
His principal interests are landscape, architectural and automotive photography. He is fortunate to be able to travel, which has enabled him to work in the Highlands of Scotland, Snowdonia and Brecon Beacons in Wales, Southern and Central Spain, the Balearic Islands and California, Oregon and Washington in the United States.
In 2007 he was awarded first prize in the prestigious Fort William Mountain Festival Landscape Photographic Competition with an image of Glencoe.
Being so close to the River Thames has provided him with a rich wealth of photographic opportunities which he has taken full advantage of, resulting in the publication of a book of river bank images entitled “A Day on the River Thames” and records a journey by pleasure boat from Marlow to Henley.
